PDP workers stage protest 8/4/2015 11:04:12 PM Early Times Report KATHUA, Aug 4: Hundreds of PDP workers led by state secretary Surinder Singh staged massive protest against Congress NC and burnt the effigy of both parties for misleading people of Jammu region on AIIMS. Surinder Singh alleged that due to growing popularity PDP BJP alliance the congress and NC want to regain lost ground by spreading lies. Surinder Singh said that why not Congress led government gave AIIMS for Jammu.
