| BSP holds meeting | | | Early Times Report
RS Pura, Aug 4: Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) today held a meeting here at Panchyat Ghar Dinday under the chairmanship of Tarsem Khullar.
During meeting strengthen party structure was discussed and suitable suggestions were given by the members present. Issue of sanctioning a full fledged AIIMS at Jammu came under active consideration of the party members it was state that Bahujan Samaj party is fully committed to get the AIIMS sanctioned to Jammu at any cost besides this the issue of changing the name of Bharat Ratha Baba Sahib Dr. B.R Ambedkar road by the Government was also discussed at Strength.
Speaking on the occasion, Khullar said that this is an unholy plan of the Government to divert the attention of the people from the burning issue of AIIMS.
He further warned the government that any such move will be opposed by the Bahujan Samaj party tooth and nail.
The members protested strongly against the proposed change of name of road by the Government as this will hurt the sentiments of each and every Citizen of Jammu and Kashmir and workers of Bahujan Samaj party also.
Rattan Kumar Bhagat, K L Attri, Raja Singh, Raj Kumar Thapa, Jagga Ram Bhagat, Ram Dhan, Harbans Lal and Baba Singh were also present on the occasion. |
