Swachh Bharat Abhiyan campaign launched 8/5/2015 12:19:30 AM Early Times Report Kishtwar August 4: Assistant Commissioner Development Kishtwar, Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar Mohammad Javed Khan among District level officers launched Swachh Bharat Abhiyan with theme "My village my world" from Char Chinar Kishtwar. According to press release, on the occasion more than 500 school children's hailing from different government and private schools participated in the awareness program and also took part in the rally. The school children's were chanting the slogans highlighting the importance of clean and green India. Earlier, DC Kishtwar stressed on the student's and teaching community to spread the message of importance of keeping its surrounding neat and clean. He said that the students should convey today's massage to their parents at home and also to their friends so that they too could maintain cleanliness around their homes and schools. ACD Kishtwar Akther Hussain Qazi highlighted the importance of cleanliness mentioned in various religious including Hinduism and Islam. Similar awareness programs were also held at each block and Panchayat of Kishtwar District.
