| Cabinet to meet on Monday | | Sharma likely to get top post | | Early Times Report
Srinagar, Sept 4 : The State cabinet is meeting here on Monday to discuss some important issues including the appointment of new Chief Secretary.
Hajj and Auqaff Minister Abdul Reheman Veeri told Early Times on phone that cabinet is meeting on Monday. "Cabinet is meeting on Monday to discuss some important issues, however the agenda of the meeting was not issued so for," he said.
Meanwhile sources said that the cabinet is expected to order reshuffle in civil and police administration. "Besides the government is likely to take call on appointment of new Chief Secretary of the state, the cabinet is also likely to order reshuffle in civil and police administration.
Meanwhile one of the BJP minister on condition of the anonymity told that though there are several IAS officers in the race for the appointment of the Chief Secretary but Principal Secretary Planning Department B R Sharma is likely to get the top post. |
