Revenue Deptt restrains its officials from appointing 'Retd cadre' 9/4/2015 11:59:24 PM Early Times Report Kathua, Sept 4: Following the news item published in Early Times in its recent edition exposing 'illegal appointment of retired Officers in Patwar Halquas by field staff/Patwaris' the Tehsildhar Kathua has instructions to his subordinates no to appoint any retired officials in any Patwar halqua. Taking serious note on news item appeared in Early Times, Tehsildhar Kathua has issued an official order vide no: OQ/320 & OQ/943 wherein he restrained his subordinates from appointing any retired officials for working in any Patwar halqua and also directed Patwaris to be present in their respective Patwar Halqua. He also directed Naib-Tehsildhar that no certificate must be issued without proper verification and proper maintenance of file required for the respective certificate.
