| Mahila Congress protests price rise | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, Sept 4: Mahila Congress led by Indu Pawar staged a protest march against NDA Govt led by Narendra Modifor unprecedented price rise of all essential commodities including vegetables especially onion, pulses, and many other items of daily use. Vegetables & pulses are beyond reach of a common citizen. And how can one imagine any Indian house hold without these items. Economy of the country is also not showing any positive trend there is slump in the market. Both consumers and traders are crying & we do not know “ACHHE DIN KAB AYYENGE”, the mahila is effected by such Price Rise.
The false promises made by BJP government at centre as well as in state have proved a failure in controlling price rise in vegetables and many eatables of daily use.
Ministers are not available to listen to grievances of public. A daily glance at Jammu News Papers is enough to show the condition of power supply & water supply public is helpless & coming on roads and Govt. is shy of attending to the problems of public of all essential commodities.
She appealed to Govt. to take immediate steps to check price & make all essential commodities available to public of State without further loss of time test anger of common may not take a shape of bigger agitation.
She reiterated the Congress Party is committed in the welfare of state & its people without any discrimination on caste, creed or religion & will always support the cause of common man. |
