Locals resent suspension of CAPD employees 9/5/2015 12:18:24 AM Early Times Report Kishtwar, Sept 4: The people of Dachhan hailing from Lopara, Trongi, Prangus, Honzar and Suid held a strong protest against the suspension of three Consumer Affairs and Public Distribution (CA&PD) Department employees working as salesmen allegedly at behest of the local BJP leader as all the three suspended employees allegedly refused to tow their line. As per the details available with "Early Times", after hearing the news about suspension of three Class IV employees namely Rakesh Kumar posted I/C Salesmen, Lopara and Trongi, Bashir Ahmed Butt, I/C Salesmen, Prangus and Honzar and Zakir Hussain Shah, posted at Suid ration sale deports by Director CA&PD Jammu vide order No. 213-DCAPDJ of 2015 Dated 28-08-2015 locals held a strong protest outside Naib Tensildar Office Dachhan and Police Station Dachhan demanding immediate revoking of suspension of all the three salesmen. The agitating people allege that the suspension of all the three salesmen is politically motivated and was done at behest of MoS Sunil Sharma. "All the pendency of ration was cleared on these sale deports by June ending--- while half of the consumers got ration for the month of July, but due to strike of pony-potters who transported the ration to these unconnected areas of Kishtwar District on account of non payments of bills, the department failed to deliver ration at these centers" said Kunj Lal. He said that instead of sending the copy of suspension order to concern minister, Director CA&PD Jammu sent the order copy of suspension to Private Secretary to MoS Sunil Sharma which itself indicates that there is hand of BJP behind the suspension of these three salesmen and urged upon CA&PD Minister Chowdhary Zulfkar Ali to look into the matter and order immediate revocation of suspension of all the three salesmen. Later the agitating people called off the protest after getting an assurance from Naib Tehsildar Dachhan Shakti Saroop assured them that he will take up the matter with senior officers of District Administration and also flash wireless massage to in charge Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar Mohammad Hanief Malik and Assistant Director CA&PD Ankush Hans.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
