| Yudhvir appreciates development initiatives of 'coalition' regime | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, Sept 22: Delegation of different business associations of old city today called on Senior BJP leader Yudhvir Sethi and apprised him about development needs of the area.
Interacting with delegation, Senior BJP leader Yudhvir said that the coalition government is committed to address development demands of people and the present dispensation is leaving no stone unturned to take the development revolution to all nooks and corners of the state.
While highlighting the projects which have been taken up in short span of the government, Yudhvir said that Deputy Chief Minister Dr Nirmal Singh has taken special interest in ensuring that long pending demands of the people are met and a number of development projects have been kick started.
He said that the government has fast tracked the long pending heritage project of Mubarak Mandi Complex and various other projects which have would be started in the near future include Tawi Artificial Lake, Multi Storey Parking facility at Panjtirthi, Bagh-e- Bahu to Panjtirthi Cable Car Project, Circular road and new Housing Colony for Jammu. He said unprecedented development works have been launched and special package has been announced for improving road network in the region and over Rs 2,000 crores would be spent on the road network.
