PDP shows BJP Ministers their place | AAG, Dy AG removed over beef ban controversy | | Early Times Report Jammu, Sept 22: After sacking Additional Advocate General (AAG) Vishal Sharma and Deputy Advocate General (DyAG) Parimoksh Seth from their respective posts, Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has shown BJP leadership its position in the coalition. This duo was removed from their respective posts due to beef controversy. Within second day, PDP leadership has slapped BJP leadership and shown it that this coalition Government will be run on the agenda of the PDP not on the "Agenda for the Alliance". Just on Monday, PDP leadership has rejected offer of the "power hungry" BJP leadership to fight coming LAHDC elections in the coalition. Today, state Government issued an official order to disengage AAG and DAG on beef controversy. According to official handout issued this evening, "The Government has ordered the disengagement of Additional Advocate General, Jammu, Vishal Sharma and Deputy Advocate General, Jammu, Parimoksh Seth with immediate effect. Orders to this effect were issued today". By removing both the advocates, who are sons of prominent BJP leaders, the PDP has given a clear message to the Saffron Party that there is no question of diluting its stand on beef. Earlier with much publicity the BJP had released its first list of candidates for contesting elections of Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council (LAHDC) on Saturday. While releasing the list, the BJP State Vice President and Election Incharge for LAHDC CA Sat Sharma (MLA), has mentioned sixteen candidates of BJP and stated that its coalition partner in the Government , PDP will be contesting four seats and the BJP will ensure that PDP as well as BJP itself registers victory on all these seats. But PDP out-rightly rejected BJP's offer and announced to contest elections on its own on four seats of LAHDC. |
