| DIET Kishtwar organized Quiz competition | | | Early Times Report
Kishtwar, Sept 22: In order to boost the activities related to enhancement of overall skill development of student community, District Institute of Education and Training (DIET) under the chairmanship of its Principal Gian Chand organized secondary level competition in which students from 17 High/Higher Secondary Schools of Kishtwar participated.
The quiz competition was based on questions on subjects like Math, Science & Social Science On the bases of the scores Islamia Fareedia Higher Secondary School begged first postion in the quiz competition while SDM High School Kishtwar & High School Sigdi Bhatta bagged 2nd and 3rd position respectively. Mehboob Ahmed Qazi , Liquat Hussain Mir, Pobinder Kumar & Riaz Ahmed Giri performed as quiz masters during the competition.
Earlier the program was inaugurated by Gian Chand Principal DIET Kishtwar in presence of large number of students and staff members of DIET Kishtwar. Smt Radha Sen worked as scorer in the quiz competition. At the end of the function, merit certificates prepared by Sonika Kumari & Rajna Shan and were distributed by Principal DIET Kishtwar along with senior DIET Kishtwar faculty members Kishore Kumar & Kamal Kishore both HOD among the winning schools and the participants. In charge of the program Mehboob Ahmed Qazi presented vote of thanks at the end of the program and laid stress on the parents and students for inculcating the moral values among students. |
