Jammu, Oct 16: A meeting of All Kissan Unions was held under the Chairmanship of Kulbhushan Khajuria (President JKAEDA) and all Unions put forth their demands and discussed threadbare all the demands.
As per press releas, it was unanimously decided by Unions to project these demands to government and demands including Procurement of Basmati, Paddy and Maize, 50 percent Rebate on Kissan credit cards which was announced by the Finance Minister of J&K Govt. in Budget Session, Compensation on Rabi and Kharif Crop 2014 which was announced by Prime Minister of Govt. of India. Jammu & Kashmir Agri-Entrepreneurship Development Association (JKAEDA), President Kissan Union Samba Sh. Karan Singh, Kissan Cell State President PDP Satpal Charak, President All India Rashitrya Kissan Sangh Shiv Dev Singh, Kathua, President Tehrik-A-Kissan J&K Sh. Kishore Kumar, President vegetable Growers Association Marh PN Padha and Basmati Grower Association J&K Dev Raj Choudhary were present on the occasion. |
