Nirmal Singh's photos missing from hoardings Inauguration of Lakhanpur Thein road 10/16/2015 11:45:47 PM Arun Kumar Early Times Report Kathua, Oct 16: Public Works Department PWD Kathua unit today organized a mega public meeting for inauguration of improvement/ widening of 19 km long Lakhanpur Thein road up to Ranjeet Sagar dam at Lakhanpur that was duly supervised by Health Minister Ch. Lal Singh. Chief Minister Mufti Mohd. Sayeed, Dy CM Dr Nirmal Singh and Syed Md Altaf Bukhari Minister for Public works were especially present but Dy CM Dr Nirmal Singh's pictures were missing from all hoardings. It was a deliberate show of disrespect to Dy CM, believe some people. It is known to all that Dy. CM Dr Nirmal Singh and his party colleague Ch Lal Singh donot share a cordial relationship. Their personal spars came out several times in past. Dr Nirmal Singh contested Parliamentary election against Ch Lal Singh in 2009 from Udhampur- Kathua constituency that was won by later. Ch. Lal Singh used foul language for Dr Nirmal Singh after won the election. It is also not hidden to all that both the leaders deliberately ignore one another during assembly session but it was not expected that Ch. Lal Singh publicly expressed his spars by removing Dy CM's pictures from hoardings.
