Farooq Rather is RTO Kashmir

Srinagar, Oct 30: The Government on Thursday ordered following transfers and postings in the administration, an official spokesman said.
Farooq Ahmad Rather, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Kupwara is transferred and posted as Regional Transport Officer, Kashmir, relieving Shafqat Iqbal, Joint Director, Information, Kashmir of the additional charge, the spokesman said.
He said Abdul Hafiz Shah Joint Director, Industries and Commerce (S&M), Srinagar, is transferred and posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Kupwara. He shall hold the charge of the post of Programme Officer, ICDS, Kupwara, in addition to his own duties, till further orders.
Mohammad Ashraf Wani, Joint Director, Industries and Commerce (Development), Kashmir, shall hold the charge of the post of Joint Director, Industries and Commerce (S&M), Srinagar, in addition to his own duties, till further orders.
