Jammu, Nov 2 : In a petition filed by a lady employee, seeking directions to SSP, Samba, and SHO of Bari Brahmana police station to produce charge sheet against Tara Chand Saini, son of B S Saini of Saharanpur (UP), Senior Manager in M/s Ultimate Flexi Pack Ltd, a multi-national company, at SIDCO Industrial Complex, Bari Brahmana, against whom she lodged FIR No 143/2015 on September, 8, 2015 under Section 294, 293, 354 and 509 of RPC, high court judge Bansi Lal Bhat directed SSP, Samba, and SHO of Bari Brahmana police station, to file status report.
The judge also issued directions to produce CD file on the next date of hearing on November 17, 2015. After hearing the counsel, he also issued notices to SSP, Samba, and SHO of Bari Brahmana police station to file the status report and for producing the case diaries on the next date of hearing.
The counsel submitted that Senior Manager Tara Chand Saini left no stone unturned to abuse his official position as he indulged in sexual harassment of the petitioner by various means and on number of occasions he molested her and made repeated telephonic calls to seduce her to have sex with him. The tortured petitioner then lodged an FIR against him with Bari Brahmana Police Station on September, 8, 2015. |
