Jammu, Nov 2: Two day Capacity Building Programme on "Effective Implementation of Early Childhood Development" for Primary and Pre-Primary Teachers was organized under the aegis of Regional Training Centre (RTC) Jalandhar zone headed by PP Sharma, Regional Director. Gurvinder Bir Kaur and Jyoti Singh Gulati were resource persons for Pre-Primary workshop and Nisha Tuteja, Bharti Juneja, Simrat Dawar, Priyanka Arora were resource persons for Primary Teachers. More than 25 teachers of Pre-Primary & 65 teachers of Primary Level from various DAV schools of J&K attended this highly interactive programme. The two day programme comprised of many activities, skill development techniques, the methodology to assess the young students' behavior and performance. Various educational methodologies were discussed during the sessions through the PowerPoint (PPT), activities and brain storming. On the occasion, Principal Alok Betab inaugurated the workshop with his opening remarks and also concluded the workshop by honoring the resource persons and applauding their efforts. |
