Residents of Majalta stages protest against MLA Ramnagar 11/3/2015 12:21:00 AM Early Times Report Ramnagar, Nov 2: The inhabitants of Panchayats Chani Mansar and Battal of tehsil Majalta today blocked the Battal-Mansar road and staged demonstration against the dilapidated condition of the road which was not only accident prone but also posed serious threat to the lives of commuters travelling on the said road. More than 500 agitated protesters sat on darna on the said road at 7 A.M which continued upto 2.20 P.M in the afternoon. The enraged protestors raised slogans against MLA Ramnagar for his failure to fulfill his assurances to ensure repairs of the said road and to get it blacktopped. The protesters raised slogans of PWD ‘Hai Hai’ and ‘MLA Ramnagar Murdabad.
