JAMMU, Nov 2: The Leh region of the State will get its fifth new Chief Executive Councillor from BJP tomorrow. BJP won highest 18 seats followed by Congress with five, NC two and one by NLM. Deputy Chief Minister Nirmal Singh and State BJP president Jugal Kishore Sharma have reviewed programme for tomorrow’s event. BJP national general secretary Ram Madhav and MP Avinash Rai Khanna will reach Leh by tomorrow. The BJP leaders will hold meeting of party councillors tomorrow to elect the new CEC. According to party sources Dorjay Mutup and Dr Sonam Dawa are the front runners for CEC post
