Residents of Sunderbani organize protest demonstration against MEO 11/3/2015 12:22:26 AM Early Times Report Suderbani, Nov 2: Locals of Sunderbani staged a massive protest demonstration against Municipality Executive Officer and contractors and alleged that the executive officer has not worked properly since long time. According to press release, the protesters are chanted slogans against the contractors and executive officers and demanded to initiate an inquiry against them. The protestor held protest under the leadership of Vivek and Shishupal Gupta. The protesters alleged that the tender for laying blacktop (tarkool) on the road from New Bus stand to Hospital was passed last year, but the work hasn’t to be started till date. After the protest demonstration, the DC Rajouri ordered Tehsildar to send a written notice to XEn to appear in front of Tehsildhar in tehsil office tomorrow and to give explanation in his favour.
