DCC Udhampur to ‘Gherao’ Civil Secretariat on Nov 9 11/3/2015 12:22:40 AM Early Times Report Udhampur, Nov 2: District Congress Committee (DCC) Udhampur appealed its workers to reach winter capital on November 9 to ‘Gherao’ Civil Secretariat against the attempts to disrupt peace among the communities. A meeting organized in Udampur, JKPCC secretary Pawan Raina discussed various issues with the party workers. He appealed the people and especially party workers to reach Jammu to highlight the issue.
