Jammu, Dec 31: High Court Bar Association, Jammu organized a function at High Court Jammu here today to give farewell to Justice Hasnain Massodi on his retirement as High Court Justice.. Speaking on the occasion, President J&K High Court Bar Association, Jammu Abhinav Sharma appreciated the humane approach in dispensation of justice in the past about six years as adopted by outgoing Justice Hasnain Massodi and also described him a person of integrity and justice loving. Others speakers also shared their rich experiences which they gained while working with Justice Hasnain Massodi. While sharing his experiences in the state High Court, justice Hasnain Massodi in his inspiring speech appreciated the role of advocates and brother Judges in maintaining a cordial relationship of bench and Bar and its role in justice dispensation to the most deserving and poor people of the far flung and remote areas. Earlier memento and a bouquet of flowers was also presented to Justice as a mark of regard and respect by the office bearers, Senior Advocates and other members of the Association. Prominent amongst present were R S Thakur, D C Raina, B S Slathia, P N Raina, D S Saini, S S Lehar, C S Gupta, Seema Shekhar, Sindhu Sharma (ASGI) and other office bears of Bar Association Jammu. |
