Private schools defy administrative orders on school timings 2/1/2016 12:07:46 AM Sushil Dutta Early Times Report RAJOURI , Jan 31: Keeping into mind inclement weather conditions in the Jammu region the state administration had issued direction regarding the school timing wherein it was decided to carry the functioning of the schools between 10 am to 4pm. But private schools in Rajouri are openly violating the government order causing inconvenience to the young children who have to brave morning chill. Almost all the noted private schools are openly violating the instructions issued by the district administration and district authorities seem to have surrendered before the writ of private schools. When contacted, Deputy Commissioner Rajouri admitted that there were reports that some schools were violating the directions regarding changed timings due to which the students were falling ill.
