Saropa presented to Addl Gen Secretary of JKNC 2/3/2016 10:20:28 PM Early Times Report Jammu Feb 3: Sardar Nirmal Singh Labana President Asheet Baba Deep Singh Khore Deonia Tehsil R S Pura presented "Saropa” to Dr. Sheikh Mustafa Kamaal Additional General Secretary J&K National Conference party in recognition of the great sacrifice rendered by NC party for the emancipation of the people and ameliorating the lot of poor people over the last seven decades . This also is in gratitude to National Conference founder Sher -e-Kashmir late Sheikh Mohammad Abdullah for making J&K a truly welfare state in which equitable and just treatment was given to the people belonging to all the regions of the state without discrimination whatsoever. In this belief mention was made of the constitution of secularism socialism and democracy, decentralizing of administration to the door steps of the people through District Development Boards, Panchayat, block level medical and health services and expanding the network of administrative units comprising tehsils, Niabats and Development blocks for easy accessibility and convenience of the people in general. Dr. Kamaal thanked S. Nirmal Singh for the honour bestowed and lauded the services of Asheet Baba Deep Singh Ji in fighting injustice shoulder to shoulder with Guru Gobind Singh Ji without any bias.
