Secret mission or private tour? Mirwaiz's aide reaches Pakistan 3/17/2016 11:27:17 PM Early Times Report Srinagar, Mar 17: Bilal Gani Lone, Peoples Conference chairman and a close confidant of Mirwaiz Umar Farooq has arrived in Pakistan. Well placed sources in the Hurriyat led by Mirwaiz informed Early Times that Lone, who is also executive member of the Hurriyat (M), will try to improve his relationship with handlers during his stay in Islamabad besides attending a marriage ceremony. They said that till yesterday no one in Hurriyat was aware of Lone's Pak visit which they see a major development in the moderate Hurriyat since BJP-PDP government took over the state last year. Sources said that Lone's relationship with Pakistan spoiled after his brother Sajjad Gani Lone announced to support BJP in Kashmir Valley. They said that Sajjad's move also dinted image of moderate Hurriyat to some extent. As reported earlier, both Mirwaiz and Bilal spent some time in New Delhi during winter this year. It was learnt that Mirwaiz was himself lobbying for travel documents for attending a marriage ceremony in Dubai but couldn't manage. Sources informed that Lone will attend marriage ceremony of Ghulam Ahmad Safi's daughter. Safi's daughter will tie the knot with late Ayoub Takhur's son in Islamabad later this month.
