Congress leader flags off rath yatra 6/26/2016 11:10:02 PM Early Times Report Jammu, June 26: Senior Congress leader, Jai Singh on Sunday flagged off Raja Mandlik's rath yatra at Narwal Chowk, Jammu. According to press release, the yatra which started from Narwal Chowk by passing throw Sunjwan and Chawadi and lastly concluded at Sinik Colony at 6 Pm. On this occasion many prominent personalities were also present in the rath yatra include Sanjeev Manmotra, Sikander singh Kuka, R.s Pathania (Dsp), J S Jasrotia( Retd. Addl.
