Kidnapped minor girl, recovered one arrested 6/29/2016 11:08:12 PM Early Times Report UDHAMPUR, June 29: A 16 year old girl was kidnapped by a youth from near mini bus stand Udhampur and recovered from Battal Balian Udhampur. A written complainant lodged 16-year-old minor girl mother at Police Station Udhampur.
