17th foundation day of PDP observed 7/30/2016 10:06:02 PM Early Times Report KATHUA, July 30: Peoples' Democratic Party Kathua District Committee today observed 17th Foundation day of the party. The party workers led by District President Surinder Singh paid tributes to Mufti Mohd Sayeed. Several PDP leaders shared their experiences in the party and with the departed patron Mufti Sayeed. They said Mufti Sayeed was alone leader in the state who had personal contact with all his party workers. While addressing workers, Surinder Singh said the ultimate purpose for framing a political party namely PDP was only to spread a message of fraternity, development, equality and peace in entire state.
