| Poonch welcomes AJCSF help | | | Early Times Report
Poonch, July 30: All Jammu Civil Society Forum, Surankote (Poonch) has extended its help for the benefit of the Poonch district which has faced apathy and has been ignored by various successive governments in past and has left behind in all aspects of development.
The meeting was largely attended by civil society workers and prominent citizens of Poonch District.
The members attending the meeting expressed their gratefulness for Gulchain Singh Charak to have taken Poonch district in the Forum led by him and hoped that under his dynamic leadership this ignored area also see the light of the day and come-up for development within the state and join hands in nation building as united entity working across divisive lines of community, caste or regional differences.
The team of central body of the Forum comprised of Col. Karan Singh Jamwal (Retd.), Amanat Ali Shah and Gh. Ahmed Khawaja lead by its convener Gulchain Singh Charak.
Prominent among the citizen who spoke on this occasion were Tariq Manhas, Khushdev Verma, Matloob Khan- Retd DC, Naiz Bajar, Murtza- Advocate, Abdul Majid, Mohd. Zaman - Advocate, Mohd. Bashir Poswal, Manzoor Charak and Nazir Qurashi. |
