Manmohan welcomed as JMC Commissioner 7/30/2016 10:17:54 PM Early Times Report Jammu, July 30: Manmohan Singh (KAS) earlier posted as ADDC, Kathua today took over as the new Commissioner, Jammu Municipal Corporation in the recent transfer orders held in the cabinet meet held. He succeeds Mandeep Kaur (IAS). He was accorded warm welcome by the JMC officers and employees post his joining where he interacted with the officers and officials and took an account of the projects, assignments currently being undertaken by and/or under the supervision of the JMC. While interacting with the officers, Manmohan Singh said that JMC is an organization whose work is understated yet is an integral part for smooth functioning of the city. He said that his main focus shall be on development and to make the city clean and green.
