Miscreants bid to set court building at fire | | | Early Times Report Anantnag, July 30: A group of miscreants on Saturday set ablaze sheds of stamp vendors inside the premises of Dooru Munsif Court. Reports said that miscreants took to streets in Dooru area of Anantnag district in the afternoon and hurled petrol bombs on sheds inside the premises of Munsif Court Complex. The sheds, according to eyewitness caught fire, however timely arrival of fire tenders saved many of them. Pertinent to mention here, the protesters have already set ablaze the Munsif Court Complex in Dooru a few days ago. The important court records have also been gutted in the fire incident according to official sources. Meanwhile, clashes broke out between youth and security forces in Anantnag town on Saturday evening. Two youth, whose identity couldn't be ascertained received pellet injuries, however both of them are said to be out of danger. Clashes also broke out in other areas of Anantnag town. Administration has clamped curfew in the town fallowing intense clashes between security forces and youth in the town on Friday Evening. Around 30 youth have sustained injuries. In rural areas of the district, people took out rallies, however all of them concluded peacefully. |
