One held for selling SIM cards without documents 8/12/2016 10:47:22 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Aug 12: Kathua police today claimed to have arrested a civilian who was selling SIM Cards without obtaining any record / identities from customers and without maintaining records. Police identified the arrested as Sanjiv Kumar son of Parshotam Lal of Chak Sardar Desa Singh. Police sources said that Sanjiv was arrested while selling SIMs to the persons without obtaining any record / identities from customers and without maintaining records by cheating the customers on exorbitant for pecuniary gain. In this the apprehension of use of these SIMs by anti national elements at this state cannot be ruled out. A case under FIR no 340/16 under section 420 of RPC has been registered at Kathua police station.
