Husband booked for domestic violence, death of unborn child 8/19/2016 11:17:03 PM Early Times Report Rajouri, Aug 19: Rajouri police have booked a husband for domestic violence with his wife and also resulting in the death of 7 month old baby. Police have booked the husband namely Ramiz Ahmed resident of Dhanore jaralan on the complaint of his wife Zaina Kousar in case FIR No.533/16 under sections 316 (causing death of quick unborn child by act amounting to culpable homicide) & 323 (punishment for voluntarily causing hurt) RPC and after postmortem handed over the child body to family for last rites. Reliable sources said that Ramiz reportedly had developed some illicit relations with another women and on August 13 after some dispute with his wife Zaina he thrashed her severally and also locked her in the room for two days. The matter came to light when Zaina's sister came to meet her and she was immediately shifted to district hospital by her family members and after treatment taken back to home. Today Zaina developed complications and was rushed to hospital where she gave birth to a dead child.
