YNC criticizes Govt for cool response on valley unrest | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Aug 19: Youth National Conference here has expressed grave concern over the killings of teacher and ATM guard in Kashmir valley and questioned the cool response of Government of India and said that Prime Minister seem not caring for Kashmiri people and has given free hand to state coalition government. While addressing a meeting of Jammu district and Jammu province body of Youth National Conference, Youth NC Provincial President Ajaz Jan said that hardships committed by Israel over Palestine are too popular and Mehbooba Mufti's role is almost at par with Israel rule. "Almost all types of hardships are being committed on valley based people and these hardships are at par with hardships of Israel on Palestine " Jan said. " Killing of teacher in Khrew, ATM guard and other such incidents clearly exhibit grave situation in valley where working class is also on target " Jan said. He further termed the reports of stoppage of oil distribution as a clear sign of government's hardship on people. "Instead of holding talks with stakeholders, government is resorting to hardships of all kinds which is the most unfortunate part of the whole situation" Jan said. Interacting with YNC leaders, Jan asked them to be active on ground level and to ensure that ill designs of anti-social elements are foiled who are trying to disturb atmosphere and sparking communal tension in Jammu province also. |
