College cultural committee organizes solo theatre performance 8/19/2016 11:24:55 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Aug 19 : With an idea to promote theatre and its theme based ideology among the young generation under the banner of cultural committee of the college, Lucky Gupta a solo theatre Performer performed his 972nd performance of the solo Play on the theme "Maa Mujhe Tagore Bana De" in the college. This play has been performed by him in various states of India at school level and college level for inculcating the value of education and in order to reduce the social evil like child labour. The play was inspired by a Punjabi story written by Mohan Bandari. It is a saga of dedication, determination and devotion of a child towards his family values and his education. All the college students learned from the play and they themselves played with Lucky Gupta as required . The programme was chaired by yhe Principal of the College Prof Dr Kaushal Somatra. C.L.
