Chairman, PCB constitutes teams to enforce polythene ban 9/17/2016 11:14:09 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Sept.17:- To control the menace of polythene use, Chairman Pollution Control Board (PCB) Ravi Kesar today constituted four teams of Board officers along with Forest Protection Force officers and allied departments for seizing banned polythene bags in various parts of Jammu city. Later, the team of officers during various inspections seized huge quantity of banned polythene bags.
