NMC seeks regularization of daily rated workers 9/17/2016 11:40:02 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Sept, 17: National Mazdoor Conference(NMC) today appealed Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh to announce a special budgetary package for regularization of nearly sixty one thousand daily rated workers working in various department of the state government and implementation of the 7th pay commission. According to press release, "Since the resources of the state government are not of the scale at which this issue can be put to solution, the Central Govt. should arrange such exemplary grant for the regularization of this utility workforce and payments on account of revision of pay based on recommendations of 7th central pay comm-ission."said Subash Shastri, President of NMC. Addressing workers meeting here Shastri revealed that the NMC has already submitted a memorandum in this regard to the All Party Delegation.
