Road accident victim succumbs 11/21/2016 10:01:58 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Nov 21: A road accident victim undergoing treatment at Government Medical College and Hospital (GMC&H) Jammu succumbed here today, police sources said. They said, the deceased has been identified as Hari Parsad (35) of Madhya Pradesh (MP) presently staying at Muthi camp. Sources said that Hari Parsad sustained injuries after he was hit by a minibus at Muthi Morh on November 12 and today during treatment he failed to respond and succumbed to fatal injuries.
