Alleged attack on RTI activist T Ngr PS SHO ordered to hold probe against ex-FM's son, others 11/21/2016 10:29:34 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Nov 21 : In a complaint filed by an RTI activist, the court of sub-judge, Jammu, has directed investigation against the son of an ex-finance minister and others.The complainant submitted in the court that he was allegedly abducted and beaten up by Hilal Rather, son of ex-finance minister A R Rather, and MD of Simula and Paradise Avenue. He has named other alleged accused as Ghulam Mohammad Bhat, Rizwan Rahim Dar, Dajeet Wadhera, Tarsem Singh Jamwal and Mudassir Ahmed. After hearing his counsels, sub-judge Kusoom Pandita passed the order, directing the SHO of Trikuta Nagar police station to investigate the matter under section 156(3) of CrPC.
