Water supply scheme totally defunct 11/21/2016 10:30:32 PM Early Times Report Rajouri, Nov 21: P.H.E department has constructed two water storages tank at different locations in the year of 2004 just to withdraw money from govt treasury. There is no supply of water up to this juncture. Another project of PHE department has again failed in Nadayian in which 8 inch bore well is dug in 2012 just to again grab public money from govt Treasury further work on this project is stopped without any reason. There is a huge anger against the department in the public of Nadayian. Concerned MLA is also contacted and approached by the public but all in vain.
