Rotary Club organizes free Eye & ENT camp 11/21/2016 10:57:56 PM Early Times Report udhampur, Nov 21: Rotary Club Udhampur organized a free Eye and ENT camp at Hari Prabhu Sanstha, Gujroo Nagrota in which medical team from Rotary Eye & ENT Hospital Udhampur rendered missionary services. The expert team led by Dr Ankur Goel (Ophthalmic Surgeon) examined around 120 patients and of which 28 were screened for implantation of Intra-ocular Lens (IOL). "IOL will be implanted at Rotary Eye & ENT Hospital Udhampur on Nov 27, the official spokesperson of host club said. He said, "S C Gupta actively participated in the camp by way of providing wide publicity among the rural masses regarding the camp. All the members of Sanstha attended the camp actively participated for smooth functioning of the camp." Spokesperson said the Rotary Club Udhampur is committed to organize such more camps in rural and backward areas of J & K State to prevent the preventable blindness from the J & K State so that poor people will be benefitted.
