jammu, Nov 29 : A high court division bench of Chief Justice N Paul Vasanthakumar and Justice Tashi Rabstan has given one week's time to BOSE to furnish the list of government as well as private schools having Dogri as an official language. The court directive came in PIL, seeking direction to state for implementing the government order No 222 EDU of 2006 in letter and spirit to ensure the protection of linguistic interests of minorities throughout J&K at the earliest. He has also sought direction to the state to implement government order No 222 EDU of 2006 with regard to Dogri subject in all private as well as government schools as its curriculum was already prepared by the BOSE chairman.
