| Thousands observe demise anniversary of Prophet Mohammad | | | Early Times Report
Kargil, Nov 29: Massive processions were observed in Kargil on the occasion of the demise anniversary of Prophet Muhammad S.A.W and martyrdom of his grandson Imam Hassan Mujtaba
On this occasion Imam Khomeini Memorial Trust Kargil organised mourning processions in Kargil . These procession were started from Jamia Masjid Kargil which culminated at Hussaini Park .
The mourners were reciting lamentations and beating their chests. Mourners were also raising slogans such as Labbaik Ya Rasulallah [S.A.W], Down with ISIS , Down with Israel.
Meanwhile speaking to the mourners at Hussaini Park chairman Imam Khomeini Memorial Trust Shiekh Mohammad Hussain Lutfi highlighted different aspect life of and teachings of the prophet S.A.W and Imam Hassan Mujtaba. A.S
Condemning the recent attack on pilgrims in Iraq by ISIS Shiekh Hussain Lutfi said, "When the same attack was took place in France whole world was screaming while no single voice has been raised against this attack which led hundreds of lives Iraq region Hilla ".
"The world leaders and the UNO all remains irrelevant when it comes to terrorism against Muslim regions" he added.
Talking about electricity crisis in Kargil he urged local council and the administration to seek out peoples' problems on priority basis. |
