Congress constitutes Block Committee for Kotranka 11/29/2016 10:05:31 PM Early Times Report Rajouri, Nov 29: Rajouri Congress has constituted Kotranka Block Commiteee and elected Deputy SP (Retd) Raj Mohd Rather unanimously as Block President for Kotranka to strengthen the party at grass root levels. As per party leader, the main aim behind constituting the block committee was to reach the people at grass root level to know their problems and to make efforts to solve these problems by taking up with the concerned departments/officials" said Basharat Rathar, general secretary, Pardesh Youth Congress said that meeting of the Congress activists was held at Kotranka in which after thread bare discussions Block Congress Committee was formed.
