| Pathanateer-Salwah to Salwh road in dilapidated condition, Deptt unmoved | | |

MENDHAR, Feb 15: Due to callous attitude of the concerned authorities and no repair, Pathanateer-Salwah road of Mendhar Sub Division in Poonch district is lying in bad condition with potholes here and there.
Inhabitants of village Pathanter Salwah and adjoining area are suffering because of this worst condition of the road, which requires black topping and repair. A number of villages Salwah Pathanateer are linked to this road. Eight kilometer stretch of this PMGSY road is in worst condition from Pathanater to salwah . This is the only surface link for these people to Sub Divsion Mendhar. Alleging no action by the administration and PMGSY authorities to repair this road and improve its condition, locals of village Pathanater and adjoining area also held a protest demonstration today. They raised slogans against the District Administration and PMGSY authorities. |
