Govt not serious about return of KPs: JTC alleges

Jammu, Feb 15: A joint meeting of Jagti Tenement Committee and Soan Kashmir Front J&K was held here today at Jagti Nagrota under the Chairmanship of Shadi Lal Pandita, President, Jagti Tenement Committee (JTC) / Soan Kashmir Pandit (SKF) J&K.
During the course of meeting various issues relating to Kashmiri Pandit Migrant Community were discussed in detail. While speaking to the participants, Shadi Lal Pandita has said that the present coalition Government of PDP and BJP is no serious about return and rehabilitation of the Kashmiri Pandit migrant community in Kashmir valley as no efforts have been made till date for identifying land for bring up sattalite township rehabilitation of the community in the Kashmir valley.
Pandita has said it seems that the coliation Government is against the Kashmiri Pandit Community having all desires to extinguish this community as the community has remained ignored and deprived of all basic facilities sin this coalition government has taken over in the state.
Pandita has said that though employment package of 6000 posts was announced by the Hon'ble Prime Minister of India Dr. Manmohan Singh during his visit of Jammu but it is unfortunate that till date despite of lapse of more than 9 years the requisite number of posts has not been filled and still about 3000 posts are not to be filled.
