| Freshers' party held at JIAR | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Feb 16: PG Scholars of all Departments of Jammu Institute of Ayurveda and Research (JIAR) organised a grand welcome party for fresh PG scholars on Friday.
The party commenced with Danvantri Vandana. Incoming students showcased their talents through various activities like ramp walk, games , songs and dance performances . The judges announced Dr Rinni from Shalaya Tantra department as Miss fresher, Dr Vasundara from physiology department as best dress and Dr Ishrat from KC department as best talented. The party was orangnised under the supervision of chairperson -Suman Sharma. PG scholars thanked Principal JIAR Dr Raghuveer Singh, vice Principal -Dr Nitin Mahajan for organizing such an event and assured them that they will work hard in their respective specialties. MD JIAR Ritesh Sharma, Ravish Sharma while speaking on the occasion said that such occasions boost confidence of new students and help them get acquainted with teachers and seniors. Japna Sharma and Jasudha Sharma were also present on the occasion. |
