| JKReTTF condemns police action against ReT teachers | | |  Early Times Report
Udhampur, Mar 4: Jammu Kashmir Rehbar e Taleem Teachers Forum (JKTETTF) condemned the police force action against the peaceful RET teacher protesters in winter capital Jammu.
In a press conference Sr Vice-chairman Bhupinder Singh lambasted the State government for not streamlining the salary of SSA teachers and delinking it with State budget.
Singh condemned the lathicharge by Jammu police on ReTs yesterday when they were protesting peacefully for the release of pending salary.
He said that teachers are nation builders and the action of police on peaceful protesters is dictatorship. He said that the peaceful protest is the democratic right but government forces make lathi charge on them and injured dozens. |
