| Kathua case being politicized: PDP | | | Early Times Report
Kathua, Mar 4: Alleging that Bharatiya Janata Party has "no trust" on Jammu and Kashmir Police despite its leaders enjoying the security cover provided by the force, District President of People Democratic Party Surinder on Sunday said that alleged rape and murder case of Kathua nomad girl is being politicized.
Addressing a news conference he said, "JKP has been on its toes to fight terrorism and other anti social activities but BJP is leaving no stone unturned to point fingers at JKP. It has demoralized the force."
Lambasting the Hindu Ekta Manch, Surinder said, " It seems Manch wants to trigger communal riots in Kathua?."
He advised them to seek justice for the victim and help unemployed youth find jobs.
He said, "Under the able leadership of CM Mehbooba Mufti the state is progressing with each passing day but some but some elements want to derail peace in the region for their petty gains."
Surinder asked them to mend their ways or face consequences. |
