Yoga session on Diabetes concludes

Jammu, Mar 14: Vichar Kranti Manch International and Sarv Uthan Trust organized one month duration training programme therapeutic yoga, in first stage on Diabetes, life style and mainly prevailing ailments among the masses at 31/3 Channi Himmat, Jammu.
All sessions were undertaken under overall able guidance of Sodagar Shah Gupta, advisor (yoga) VKMI and trained Yoga teacher from Jammu University and Kablyadhama Lonavla Pune.
Ashok Gupta, Chairman Trustee Sarv Uthan Trust, Angrez Singh, Trained Yoga teacher from Central University, Ashok Rathore, Capt NS Chib, Renu Thappar, Trushla Gupta, Shally Reen, Dr. DR Kotwal, KS Samyal, Dalip Gupta and others graced the Yoga Camp and extended their valuable and result oriented assistance and support through their active participation.
Different Yog Asans, Pranayama, Meditation Techniques, useful for Diabetes were practiced. Proper and beneficial use of home made medicine, herbal and ayurvedic medicine were also discussed. System and causes were also explained in details.
The next camp on Hypertension, another common life style disease is scheduled to be conducted on 18 March, 2018.
Yoga experts and Campers were highly and extended their sense of gratitude, thankful to Ashok Gupta for his usual courtesy for arranging and making available all facilities to hold the camp successfully.
