Attack on scribes at Rohingya colony triggers protest | | | Early Times Report Jammu, Mar 14: Taking strong cognizance of brutal attack on journalists on duty at illegal Rohingya Colony at Kiryani Talab Bhatindi just few minutes walk away from Sunjwan Army Camp. On Tuesday, today Bharat Raksha Manch under the leadership of its Working President Advocate Hunar Gupta held a protest demonstration at press club. Advocate Hunar said that his organisation time and again raised this issue of illegal foreign nationals from Myanmar and Bangladesh in Jammu but state government ignored all warnings and now this has emerged as a tickling time bomb which is ready to explode in order to change demography of Jammu region only. Hunar said, in response to his PIL titled Hunar Gupta Vs. State of J&K & Ors. PIL No. 2/2017 filed before High Court of J&K at Jammu Bench on Settlement of Rohingiyas in Jammu and their deportation from the state, the government has constituted a committee of 4 senior cabinet ministers of J&K Government but it is unfortunate that this committee never met after 2017 after its constitution forget it recommending anything about deportation of illegal foreign nationals from sensitive border state {Jammu Region} having estranged relationship with its neighboring country Pakistan. |
