| Zang Trai celebrated with gaiety and fervour | | | | Jammu, Mar 21: Shree Hari Kirtan Satsang Adiyatmik Jagrati Mission, Vaman Kutir, Jammu yesterday celebrated Zang Trai in Neekanthsewar Temple Roopnagar enclave, Durganagar with gaiety and fervor. This day was observed in Kashmir since ancient times as a mark of respect for woman hood who are embodiment of Devi Maa. This day is now celebrated also as woman - empowerment day by community. The function was presided over by Aderni Dr. Janki Nath Raina, President. The function started with Ganish pooja & Goddest Durga. A renowned and senior Golden Member Aderni Basant Kumar Ji made the atmosphere serene with his bajans and the atmosphere was seemingly delightful. Hundreds of woman present were honoured traditionally and light refreshments were served. |
